LaSalle Network is seeking a talented Account Executive to join our client, a leading ad agency, on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you’ll serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in an ad agency setting, excels at project management, and is ready to work onsite three days per week in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Account Executive Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee the development and execution of integrated campaigns, collaborating with creative, media and strategy teams to meet client objectives
• Develop detailed briefs and ensure alignment between client goals and campaign strategies
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present actionable insights to clients
• Partner with internal teams to deliver creative solutions that align with client branding and messaging

Account Executive Requirements

• 3+ years in an account management role within an ad agency
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable plans and creative briefs
• Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week
