We're seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to manage our accounts payable processes. You'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and financial record maintenance.

What You'll Do:

Invoice Processing: Review, code, and process invoices for payment with precision.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolving any payment discrepancies.
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
Reporting & Compliance: Generate reports on accounts payable activity and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Quickbooks Online Mastery: Effectively utilize QBO to complete all necessary task.
Month End Assistance: Help with month-end closing processes and account reconciliation.
Summary: Process invoices and payment requests accurately and timely. Maintain vendor records and manage relationships. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Prepare weekly and monthly AP reports.
What We're Looking For:

Accounts Payable Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper, ideally in a real estate or mortgage lending company.
Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
QBO Expertise: Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
