Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the AR team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Manage the full AR cycle, including billing, cash applications, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
• Use Vantaca to manage homeowner or client accounts, generate reports, and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and improve collection outcomes.
• Monitor aging reports and ensure timely follow-up on delinquent accounts.
• Work cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and client services teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.
• Generate and present AR and collection reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of direct experience with the Vantaca platform .
• 7+ years of overall AR or accounting experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing teams, setting goals, and driving performance.
• Strong understanding of receivables processes, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software platforms.

Preferred:

• Background in HOA, property management , or community association financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
