Accounts Receivable Manager
Remote - Based in/around Denver, Colorado, US
Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 USD

### What You'll Do
As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining financial stability and liquidity. Reporting to the Controller, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounts receivable (AR) function, ensuring efficient collections, and maintaining a healthy cash flow. You will lead a team, implement strategies to improve collections, reduce bad debt, and provide critical financial reporting to senior leadership.

#### Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of accounts receivable management
- Ensure accurate billing and invoicing processes
- Manage collections and optimize cash flow
- Lead and develop the AR team
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, etc.) to streamline processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Identify and implement process improvements

#### Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong understanding of AR processes, financial reporting, and collections strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and best practices

#### Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NetSuite Accounting Software
- Background in SaaS or Legal Industries
