Role Description:
Develop and maintain Aptitude Accounting Hub (AAH) solutions tailored to BFSI industry requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for accounting and financial reporting.
Design, develop, and implement accounting rules and processes within the Aptitude Accounting Hub.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting by implementing robust validation and reconciliation processes.
Optimize performance of AAH solutions to handle large volumes of financial data efficiently.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AAH-related issues.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial reporting.
Required Skill Set:
Strong knowledge of Aptitude Accounting Hub (AAH) and its components.
Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
Strong SQL and database management skills.
Familiarity with BFSI industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Skill Set:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in accounting or financial systems (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
Proven experience in developing and implementing Aptitude Accounting Hub solutions.
15+ years of experience in the BFSI industry, particularly in accounting and financial reporting roles.
5+ years of experience on Aptitude Core Components
Familiarity with other financial systems and tools used in the BFSI industry.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the BFSI sector.
