**Assembly Line Worker**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Line Worker, where you will play a crucial role in assembling, reworking, and reassembling products according to specified documentation. Your attention to detail will be essential as you verify the accuracy of instruction documents, check the quality and conformance of your work, and ensure all tasks meet the required specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble, rework, and/or reassemble products following applicable documentation.
+ Verify the accuracy of instruction documents such as schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of material.
+ Check work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
+ Use a computer for data entry and input of serial numbers into the mainframe.
+ Package parts into kits for shipping and label and package products including manuals and accessories.
+ Inform supervisor or lead of work-related problems.
+ Perform testing activities including current checks, burn-ins, and operation of Automated Test Equipment.
+ Verify assemblies and subassemblies against applicable documentation.
+ Verify Part Number, Revision Level, and Quantity received.
+ Conduct routine electrical tests and sort failed assemblies from passed assemblies.
+ Record test data and results.
+ Inform supervisor or lead of discrepancies discovered.
**Essential Skills**
+ Entry-level assembly skills.
+ Basic computer operation skills.
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Interest in electronics.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Good manual dexterity for handling small parts.
+ High attention to detail.
+ High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
