Associate Analyst, Product Marketing

Irvine, CA

Schedule: Standard Office Hours

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay: $28-33

This position supports the U.S. marketing team of a leading medical device company, specifically within its advanced healthcare technologies division. The team develops commercial strategies, sales tools, and promotional materials to support the launch and adoption of AI-powered sensing technologies in clinical settings.

Technology & Tools:

• Required: Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint)
• Preferred: Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot), Tableau, project tracking software

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Background in marketing and/or project management
• Experience in commercial and/or healthcare environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented

Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with U.S.-based marketing team (primarily on-site)
• Support multiple, concurrent commercial and marketing projects
• Develop and maintain product training and marketing materials
• Coordinate closely with brand and product managers
• Contribute to product launch planning and commercialization strategy
• Manage and track project execution, timelines, and deliverables
• Organize and maintain sales enablement tools and digital content repositories
• Forecast, store, and distribute product samples and marketing collateral

Core Skills (Required):

• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint presentation development
• Experience with project tracking and management tools

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Tableau and dashboard development
• Market analysis and competitive landscape understanding
