Job Description

We are seeking a Post-Sales Engineer to support our AV projects from award through completion. This role works closely with Project Managers and Field Operations to ensure a seamless transition from design to execution. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in AV system design, construction experience, and a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with post-award bid reviews to verify project scope and deliverables.
• Review and analyze drawings, one-lines, and bill of materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy, alignment with project requirements, and equipment compatibility and availability..
• Provide technical expertise and support to operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the construction drawing package and ensure all necessary documentation is provided for installation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Operations to troubleshoot challenges and drive successful project completion.
• Act as a technical resource for both internal teams and clients post-sale.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall audio-visual commercial integration industry experience designing and estimating projects.
• Experience and knowledge with major commercial AV equipment such as AMX, Barco, Biamp, Crestron, Extron, JBL, Shure, QSC, distributed music and video systems, and networking.
• CTS and CTS-D certifications a plus.
• Certifications from manufacturers such as AMX, Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Polycom, Biamp, or others are also a plus.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized and ability to keep consistent workflow moving through estimating department.
• Ability to build rapports with teammates, clients,

• Must pass a required background check.
