In this role, you'll greet customers professionally, keep vehicles in excellent condition, maintain an organized lot, and ensure every visitor has a great first impression of our dealership. • Welcome customers to the service area with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer questions and direct customers to the right team member or department.
• Install floor mats and ID tags in vehicles brought in for service
• Safely move vehicles between the service lane, shop, and parking areas
• Retrieve customer vehicles for pickup
• Inspect loaner vehicles before and after use with iPads, reporting any damage.
• Perform quality checks on loaner cars
• Support high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Follow all safety policies and promptly report any accidents
• Assist with additional duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age: 19
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional, courteous customer service skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (standing/walking for extended periods)
• Reliable transportation; dependable and punctual
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• All applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, Motor Vehicle Record checks, and drug tests
• Must have a valid driver's license
