Take Ur Seat Lite Redlands is looking for a Front of the House team member. They are the first face customer see upon arriving. They play a crucial role creating a welcoming atmosphere . Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.
Hourly wage starts at $16.50/hr with tips sharing
Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by determining their coffee interests and needs.
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Take orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
• Have extensive knowledge of the current menu and a friendly attitude while taking orders
• Create a culture of family and warmness
• Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso based drinks (cappuccino, lattes), drip and cold brew.
• Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bar supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining inventory, and paper goods.
• Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining cleaning supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Improve coffee quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
• Keep entire work area neat and clean including bussing tables, wiping tables and chairs, and sweeping/cleaning floors
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficientlyStrong organizational skills
• Experience as a Barista, Server or Cashier is a plus
