Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's amazing team in San Marcos, California. This role is essential for providing excellent customer service and support to students and staff at a reputable educational institution.

• Serve as the first point of contact for all customers and students visiting and contacting the school.
• Ensure student satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service.
• Assist students with applications, bonds, DBA's, corporations, and other inquiries.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services to effectively assist each student.
• Manage student records through the Customer Management System (CMS) and use CMS to track student progress and update records.
• Address student and counselor concerns, questions, and conflicts over the phone (inbound and outbound calls) or in person.
• Provide daily support to the sales staff at the school.
