Description
We are hiring a Bookkeeper for a small-to-mid-sized business client. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Responsibilities:
+ Record daily financial transactions and update the general ledger
+ Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
+ Generate monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
+ Maintain organized financial records and documentation
+ Coordinate with external accountants for tax prep and audits
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
+ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics)
+ Strong communication and follow-up skills
+ Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
+ Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred)
