Job Description

Duration: 2+ Months

Location: CT-Stamford, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business/Systems Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations
  • Determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve systems
  • Serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
  • Identify, document, report, and track system issues
  • Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
  • Assess impacts to the business through the lens of the agent ordering and supporting the project, and the customer (ordering, support, comms, activation, reduce/limit call volume)
  • Write and submit for approval business deliverables (such as but not limited to use cases, requirements, flow charts) for T-Mobile MVNO project
  • Present and review with VPs from multiple cross-functional teams
  • Ensure that the business ask is adhered to and met at grooming and through onto development
  • Work with PMO team to ensure that the project is kept on track and all stakeholders are kept up to date with project status and details


Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Mobile/Telecomm background
  • Public speaking skills
  • Experience handling groups and setting meetings
  • Visio knowledge


The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent.
