Now hiring nighttime drivers for the Advance Auto Parts / CarQuest dedicated account based in La Crosse, WI. This position offers consistent freight, home daily routes, and a guaranteed $1,600 weekly minimum with top performers earning up to $1,700.
Position : CDL A or B Truck Driver – Final Mile Dedicated
Location : Must live within 65 miles of La Crosse, WI (54603)
Schedule : Tuesday–Saturday, departures between 11:00 PM–12:00 AM
Miles per Week : 1,900–2,100
Stops per Week : 26–29
Freight : Deliver auto parts to Advance Auto & CarQuest stores using electric pallet jack (occasional returns)
Equipment : 2020+ 26' straight trucks with lift gate
Home Time : Home daily, no layovers
Pets/Passengers : Not allowed
Mileage Pay : $0.45/mile with annual increases (up to $0.53/mile max)
Hourly Pay : $16.75/hr for applicable work
Weekly Minimum : $1,600 guaranteed (must complete full workweek to qualify)
Average Weekly Pay : $1,636; top performers up to $1,700
Annual Average : $85,046
Stop Pay : $24 per stop
Sign-On Bonus : $1,000 ($500 first paycheck + $500 after 60 days)
12 months of recent straight truck driving experience
Valid CDL A or B license
Hazmat endorsement required
Comfortable with overnight driving and unattended deliveries
Must be available to work full weeks to receive weekly guarantee
Home Daily – no layovers, consistent schedule
Strong Pay Package – guaranteed minimum plus stop & bonus pay
