Custom Personnel has a client looking for a CDL Class A Training Instructor.
Each instructor is responsible for 1-6 students at a time. No matter where you teach students - the classroom, the yard, or driving around town - it's important that they understand and pay attention. It is also important to encourage your students to arrive at school on time. Daily grades are given to students based on their performance. It is your responsibility to teach students pre-trip skills, on-the-road skills, and maneuvering skills during your training sessions. In addition, instructors have a responsibility to ensure students clean up after themselves. Maintaining a clean truck and facility is part of this.
