We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Program Manager to join our Wealth Solutions team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for coordination and execution of client initiatives
- Manages a portfolio of client projects across multiple functional areas throughout the organization
- Drives adoption and optimization of products and solutions
- Develops and communicates timelines, proactively anticipating challenges and formulating solutions
- Works closely with clients, internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure required coordination for project completion
- Ensure successful project handovers once the rollout has been complete
- Contributes to internal process improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 5-7 years of total work experience in financial services preferred
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
