The Client Relations Specialist position is an in-person role at our Capitol Hill office.

Responsibilities

• Delivering white glove service to build strong relationships with clients
• Serving as a liaison between clients and custodians, including managing client information and handling all cashiering and money movement requests
• Coordinating the new client onboarding process
• Opening brokerage accounts, establishing cashiering needs, setting up online reporting access
• Updating cost basis, tracking required minimum distributions, reconciling account information
• Maintaining integrity of client data
• Providing support with scheduling client meetings

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Series 65 or 66/7 preferred (may be obtained within a 180-day condition of employment)
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Outstanding operational, organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage and process complex operational work
• Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Problem assessment and resolution
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and occasionally stressful environment
