As our Clinic Manager, you will lead and support a team of 20+ employees including clinicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment with walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of 20+ employees, including clinical and administrative staff
• Oversee all daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and exceptional service delivery
• Monitor and manage billing, coding, and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure smooth coordination across multiple specialties
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and operational planning
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive performance, growth, and patient satisfaction
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and organizational policies are met

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Clinic Management or Healthcare Operations experience
• Experience managing high-volume, walk-in, and telehealth-driven environments
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and invoicing processes
• Experience working in a multi-specialty clinic setting
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
