About the Role

Location: Montvale, NJ

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, plus occasional Saturdays (8:00 AM–3:00 PM).

-Full-time employees are typically scheduled 4–5 days per week.

• Part-Time: Available, but must be available to work between 2:00 PM–7:00 PM.
• Final schedule determined at hiring.

In this dual role, you will assist in patient care and clinic operations, creating a seamless, positive experience for the children and families we serve.

Compensation & Qualifications

Entry-Level: $38,000 – $44,000

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior dental experience necessary
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn

Intermediate-Level: $44,000 – $52,000

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (healthcare, business, hospitality, education, marketing, psychology, etc); OR
• Certification in dental/medical assisting with at least 1 year of clinical experience ( X-ray license preferred )

Senior-Level: $52,000 – $57,000 (currently not open, but exceptional candidates are welcome to apply)

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in dental/medical assisting (must hold an X-ray license if certified) AND
• 2+ years of prior dental experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven leadership, operational skills, and team mentorship experience

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Coordinator:

• Greet families warmly and create a premium patient experience
• Manage patient scheduling and optimize clinic efficiency
• Handle insurance verifications, billing, and administrative tasks accurately
• Support marketing, social media, and community outreach initiatives

As a Clinical Assistant:

• Assist chairside during dental procedures
• Take and process dental radiographs (Digital & PSP)
• Maintain strict infection control standards and sterilize instruments
• Manage dental supply inventory
• Support the front desk team as needed with scheduling and insurance verification
• Contribute to patient education and engagement during visits
