Contracts and Pricing Coordinator

Location: Weston, Florida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers and internal sales/service teams to address a variety of inquiries related to product quality, service contracts, and support needs.
  • Answering service contract questions and maintaining the shared inbox to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Invoicing billable customers for time and materials, including rental deal structures and Insightful Data Analytics.
  • Drafting and presenting return on investment (ROI) reports to assist the sales team in communicating the value of service solutions.
  • Learning and supporting cross-functional responsibilities in logistics to strengthen overall operational awareness.
  • Collaborating with quality, service, and engineering teams to investigate and resolve product or service issues.
  • Leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring service or quality concerns.
  • Developing and updating quality procedures and documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Supporting internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and participating in audit activities.
  • Analyzing service trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced service delivery.
  • Participating in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on quality and service objectives.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and reporting findings to leadership for action and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • A degree is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage customer interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Sound understanding of quality systems, service contracts, and reporting functions.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and service-related billing processes.
  • Attention to detail is preferred for ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • The ability to multitask across multiple projects and responsibilities is highly preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills preferred for identifying and addressing service issues effectively.
  • Being detail-oriented is considered a valuable strength and is preferred for this role.
  • A at least 3 years of hands-on experience with relevant tools and systems is preferred.
