ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with State Farm Alpharetta - Jon Jones Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the customer service daily operations.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and adapt
  • Time Management Skills and Attention to detail
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
