You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. Whether you want to broaden your knowledge base or narrow your scope and specialize in a specific sector, you can find your opportunity here. **Who You Are** The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of DevOps principles, cloud infrastructure and a strong command of observability tools, particularly Dynatrace + Advise on best practices for leveraging Dynatrace to monitor, analyse, and optimize cloud-native and hybrid environments, as well as ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations + Provide hands-on services for systems management and monitoring functions, cloud architecture and styles (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and related technologies + Provide Dynatrace tool consulting and Dynatrace technical support services + Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation + Collaborating with subject matter experts, documenting processes and procedures and ensuring that documentation is accessible and user-friendly + Contribute to the technical documentation of the Dynatrace tool + Empower teams to use Dynatrace effectively for monitoring and troubleshooting + Identify areas for improvement in monitoring processes and Dynatrace usage and implement best practices and new features to enhance monitoring capabilities **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
