**Full-Time Position Available, 9AM - 5PM**

**Position Overview:**
As the first point of contact for potential clients and investors, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing calls, providing information about our real estate offerings, and assisting with lead generation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in real estate and gain valuable experience in the industry.

**Income Expectations:**
- First Year: $35,000-$50,000
- Second Year: $50,000-$75,000

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outgoing calls to our prospects.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and gathering necessary information.
- Schedule appointments for our team to follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain and update the customer database with call notes and relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and follow-up with leads.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
