Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent Location:Austin, TX Requirements: Possession of a valid Texas Real Estate License is a must. Residency in Austin, TX or neighboring areas is required. Responsibilities:

• Friendly and sociable demeanor is essential.
• Assist the lead agent in achieving team success and personal growth.
• Collaborate with the lead agent to understand buyer criteria.
• Schedule and conduct viewings of suitable properties.
• Help buyers refine their search parameters during viewings.
• Assist in submitting offers and closing sales.

Expectations:

• Manage house tours for five to seven buyers monthly.
• Bonus payments upon successful sales.
• Opportunity for growth into a Buyer Specialist role.
• Build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong track record of achievements required.
• Attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities:

• Accompany potential buyer clients on home showcases alongside the lead agent
• Identify suitable homes based on the lead agent's criteria by conducting a needs analysis
• Assist in preparing inspection summaries and walk-throughs under the lead agent's guidance
• Collaborate with the lead agent and team to convert leads into clients effectively
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required

Qualifications:

• To qualify for this position as an Entry Level Real Estate Agent in Austin, TX, you must hold a valid Real Estate License specifically for the state of Texas
• Being people-oriented and possessing a friendly demeanor is a crucial aspect of excelling in this role
• Comfort with spending a substantial amount of time driving is necessary
• Understanding the needs of clients and effectively matching them with appropriate properties is a key requirement
• Having a mindset geared towards learning and being open to growth opportunities is highly valued
• Ambition coupled with a proven track record of success is essential for this position
