Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Event Staff to join our dynamic team, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences at various events. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and follow-up stages of events ranging from corporate gatherings, weddings, festivals, and trade shows

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including furniture, decor, and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and attendees, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
• Assist with registration and guest check-in processes during events.
• Ensure that all areas are kept clean and organized throughout the event.
• Work closely with event coordinators to ensure all details are executed as planned.
• Support catering staff with food and beverage service, maintaining quality and presentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or event management is a plus.
• Previous experience in event staffing or customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.
