We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support our events team in the coordination and execution of various projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring all events run smoothly from preparation through execution. Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events of various scales
Manage event logistics including vendor communication, equipment rentals, and venue coordination
Prepare and organize materials for meetings and event briefings
Support on-site event execution, including setup, guest registration, and troubleshooting
Maintain event documentation, schedules, and post-event reports
Coordinate travel, accommodations, and catering needs as required
Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies during events
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary
