Job Description

Our client, a global investment firm with offices around the world is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Private Equity Group in their NYC office.  Candidates need to have supported a team before as this is supporting 2 Senior Executives and a team of 8.   This is an add to staff and they are seeking someone who has worked within financial services or private equity.

• Salary: 110-120k

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and assistance to 2 Senior Level Executives as well as their teams.
• Manage calendar and travel across multiple time zone with last minute changes. 
• Coordinate all meetings and conference rooms.
• Responsible for all travel arrangements, including domestic and international flights, VISAS, hotels and ground transportation.
• Process expense reports
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
• Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in planning team offsites and events.
• Interact directly with clients ensuring professional and customer-service oriented interactions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Financial services and/or Private equity strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, Concur, and Travel booking software
• Excellent writing skills
• Must have supported a team in an administrative capacity
• Extremely polished, forward-facing, and professional.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Comfortable working with all levels of an organization.
