Job Description

Moment is an award-winning, full-service integrated creative studio and agency focused on creating moments of consumer immersion that bring brands and products to life. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Moment specializes in experiential, engagement, event marketing, and content creation.

EXPERIENTIAL PRODUCER

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experiential Producer located in Denver, CO.

At Moment, our Producers are the linchpins that turn bold ideas into unforgettable experiences. As a Producer, you'll lead mid- to large-scale experiential projects from kickoff through execution—managing timelines, vendors, budgets, and client communications with precision and poise.

You’re a natural collaborator who brings equal parts creativity and operational savvy. You thrive in the thick of it—whether mapping out production logistics, jumping into creative brainstorms, or walking a client through a detailed run-of-show. You’ll own your own programs, contribute to larger activations, and work closely with agency leadership, creative teams, and client partners every step of the way.

This role is made for someone who finds purpose in being hands-on. You'll be on the ground when the trucks roll in and still there when the lights go down—leading vendors, managing buildouts, and making sure every moment reflects our standards and our clients’ vision. Whether it’s transforming a blank slate into an immersive brand world or running a multi-day event with thousands of attendees, you’ll play a key role in delivering standout work that gets talked about.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead the planning and execution of experiential programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that meets agency standards
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting relationship management and ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Manage event logistics, staffing, vendor coordination, and on-site execution across all phases of a program
  • Support financial operations including budgeting, invoicing, and production job tracking, in alignment with agency policy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring information is shared clearly and deadlines are met
  • Contribute to the creative development of programs and participate in internal concepting and planning sessions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client business objectives and apply that insight to project execution
  • Prepare post-event reports, recap documentation, and key performance updates for internal and client teams
  • Use internal tools and systems (e.g., purchase orders, terms & conditions, job start documentation) to manage workflow and project status
  • Recruit, mentor, and oversee junior producers and on-site event staff as needed
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and site coordination
  • Represent the agency on-site as a lead producer, ensuring smooth load in, execution, and teardown
  • Uphold and reflect Moment’s values in every interaction and project touchpoint
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned to support the broader team and agency mission

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or agency roles
  • Proven track record executing mid-to-large scale events, including festivals, tours, pop-ups, and venue takeovers
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendors simultaneously
  • Experience managing sponsor activations and partner relationships, ensuring deliverables and brand expectations are met
  • Familiarity with permitting processes, compliance regulations, and on-site logistics coordination
  • Strong staffing capabilities, including vendor negotiation and managing on-site production crews
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Creative problem-solver with a calm, adaptable approach in high-pressure environments
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership
  • Up-to-date knowledge of experiential marketing trends, best practices, and production standards
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects at once
  • Ability to lift/move 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods during live events
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, including nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field preferred.

Benefits:

  • Flexible Time-Off Policy
  • Employer-paid Health Insurance
  • Dental & Vision Options
  • 401K Retirement Plan with Discretionary Company Match
  • Personal Development Stipend
  • Monthly Parking Pass
  • Monthly Cell Phone Stipend
  • Opportunity to work with leading brands such as Levi's®, adidas, Dr. Martens, and more

Moment strives to offer competitive salaries and benefits to all employees. For this role, we're targeting $67,000-75,000. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors.
