Job Title : FinancialForce System Administrator
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 8 15 years
Location : Remote
Responsibilities:
Experience administering FinancialForce or Salesforce platforms.
Experience with user support, data management, and system security.
Proficiency with FinancialForce modules (Accounting, PSA, or Billing).
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, flows, etc.).
FinancialForce certification or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of accounting processes and financial systems integration.
Familiarity with data migration tools and APIs (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench, MuleSoft).
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings within FinancialForce and Salesforce.
Maintain system configuration, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
Provide day-to-day support to end users and resolve technical issues promptly.
Troubleshoot data and system errors and liaise with FinancialForce or Salesforce support when needed.
Design and implement automation and optimization solutions within FinancialForce.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support financial and operational analysis.
Ensure data accuracy across FinancialForce and integrated systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, billing).
Promote best practices for FinancialForce usage and data entry.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
