**Now Hiring: Warehouse Leads - Fontana, CA (92335)** **Company:** Kelly Services **Location:** Walmart Distribution Center, Fontana, CA **Position:** Warehouse Lead (Loading/Unloading) **Pay Rate:** $24.00/hour **Schedule:** + Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM + 10-12 hour shifts (Overtime paid after 8 hours) + Must be available for occasional additional days if called in **Job Type:** Long-Term Temp-to-Hire **Key Responsibilities:** + Work alongside team to load/unload containers by hand throughout most of the shift + Lead and manage a team of 15 employees + Conduct daily meetings and coach team members + Maintain strong communication with employees and customers **Requirements:** + Must have reliable transportation + Strong and consistent attendance record + Fluent in Spanish (required) + Strong leadership and communication skills + Physical stamina - frequent lifting and manual labor required + Resume must reflect relevant **Warehouse, Logistics, or Lead** experience **No phone calls please.** We will respond in the order messages are received.
