Position – Forklift/Clamp Truck Driver

Job Location – Sussex, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd Shift 11:00pm – 7:00am; Will train on 1st Shift (7AM-3PM)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – 3+years of forklift/clamp truck operation experience

Job Summary

As a Clamp Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a clamp truck to load, unload, move, and stack materials throughout the warehouse or production area. You’ll ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage, maintain accurate inventory movements, and support smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has prior forklift or clamp truck experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Use/operate a clamp truck to load and unload boxcars and semi-trailers
• Stack rolls of paper (maximum height of 28 feet high) in the warehouse and supply them to the appropriate presses
• Monitor current\upcoming jobs on press several times per shift
• Identifying and documenting damage on incoming receipts
• Scanning all rolls of paper from the time of receipt to consumption at press. Preparing bill of ladings for external/internal shipments
• Help cover on Presses as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with forklift/clamp trucks
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to work 12 hour schedule and have flexible availability for needed shifts
• Must have a great attitude, attendance record, and be a team player!
