Embark on a Graphic Designer role at Hasbro!

We seek a meticulous and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a multidisciplinary design professional, excelling in producing a wide array of visual content. This designer should be adept at working on traditional print materials, digital graphics, and 3D renderings, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all platforms.

A Day in the Life of a Graphic Designer:

• Work on a cross functional team supporting regional sales through innovative design work.
• Develop print materials such as brochures, advertisements, posters, and point of purchase signage that effectively communicate the brand message.
• Develop digital pieces for ecommerce, ensuring they are visually appealing and optimized for various digital channels, driving engagement and conversion.
• Develop 3D renderings of out-of-aisle product displays.
• Take an Omni approach to media touchpoints developed, ensuring a unified look and feel across physical and digital channels.
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across multiple brands, adhering to various brand guidelines, often simultaneously for projects.
• Partner with third party vendors to maintain brand compliance across a multitude of projects.
• Work closely with the sales team to grasp product positioning and compose visuals that align with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
• Level up with the latest Graphic Design trends, tools, and technologies, continuously improving skills and incorporating new techniques into build work.
• Improve performance through the use of AI tools as a force multiplier.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3 years experience in Graphic Design is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
• Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of Graphic Design work.
• Curiosity, creativity, passion.
• Outstanding grasp of Graphic Design principles and fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of 3D Rendering software.
• Detail orientated.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and pivot as needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Possessing illustration skills is beneficial but not required.
• Having animation skills is advantageous.

The base salary range for this position is $64,900.00 to $97,300.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
