We're on the lookout for our new Home Remodeling Project Manager . Future Remodeling is seeking a Residential Project Manager who thrives on bringing projects from vision to completion with excellence, efficiency, and heart.
In this role, you’ll oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish — ensuring every detail meets our high standards of quality, communication, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the bridge between homeowners, installers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and above expectations.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
Receive contracts from sales representatives and confirm the scope of work with homeowners.
Schedule installation dates and manage all necessary paperwork for material orders and installer assignments.
Manage job site logistics, including dumpsters, porta-johns, and OSHA level safety.
Sell additional products to increase revenue and earn commissions.
Ensure material accuracy prior to project start date.
Maintain communication with homeowners and installers throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure products are installed according to manufacturer requirements and work orders.
Manage project change orders including immediate communication and authorization.
Oversee project completion, including scheduling removal of materials and confirming pick-up dates for containers and porta-johns.
Conduct a thorough 50-point checklist to ensure the job was done correctly and according to the scope of work.
Utilize drones for inspections and take photos and videos before, during, and after projects installations.
Manage project payments and closeouts.
Collect marketing materials, including video testimonials, job site media, and online reviews from homeowners.
Log returned materials directly into our CRM.
Update and utilize inventory data.
Review contracts and confirm project scope and expectations with homeowners.
Schedule installation dates and manage all related logistics, materials, and installer assignments.
Oversee material orders, deliveries, and site readiness to ensure project efficiency.
Coordinate essential job site logistics, including dumpsters, porta-johns, and safety compliance.
Ensure all products are installed according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
Manage and document change orders, ensuring immediate communication and authorization.
Monitor progress across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.
Perform site visits and quality control inspections throughout each phase of the project.
Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners from start to finish.
Provide proactive updates, address questions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle any challenges or escalations with professionalism and integrity.
Identify opportunities for additional product sales and upgrades to drive revenue growth.
Support the marketing team by collecting project photos, videos, testimonials, and reviews.
Complete post-project inspections using our internal 50-point checklist.
Utilize drone technology to capture before-and-after visuals for documentation and marketing.
Manage project closeouts, payments, and final walkthroughs
Log returned materials and update CRM with accurate project data.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in construction account management, project management, or a similar role.
Experience in residential exterior construction and safety. Roofing/Siding preferred.
Proficient in using CRM software. Job Nimbus Preferred

Hybrid compensation package with a base salary, performance pay, and commission ranging from $75,000 - $120,000
