Job Title: Business Immigration Analyst

About the Role:

This Business Immigration Analyst position offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact, with structured training, professional development, and long-term growth potential. The role supports immigration processes in a dynamic and challenging environment, working with a team dedicated to helping clients navigate global immigration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn about various types of immigration matters and build knowledge of case types and client processes.
• Assist with case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing.
• Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts under supervisor guidance, providing prompt and clear updates.
• Meet assigned deadlines, adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and report case status or issues to supervisor.
• Compile and summarize data within case management systems for reporting.
• Contribute to individual and team productivity goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
• Follow established standards and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification, OR experience in a client-facing or customer service role
• Strong client-service mindset, detail orientation, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and escalate issues when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to proofread and draft error-free documents without AI assistance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive team environment

Schedule & Interviews:

• Full-time in-office work for the first 90 days
• Hybrid schedule (3 days in office) after conversion
• Interviews conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams, typically under 1 hour

Compensation & Benefits:

Temporary:

• Bill rate: $34/hour

Permanent (post-90 days):

• Salary: $47,000/year + Overtime (for hours over 37.5/week) + Bonus (paid in December)
• 22 days PTO
