Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments that meet their needs and preferences. The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing projects from concept through completion, ensuring that all designs align with client expectations and industry standards.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget for interior design projects.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Revit.
• Create detailed floor plans and layouts using AutoCAD and CAD software to optimize space utilization.
• Select appropriate materials, furnishings, fixtures, and color schemes that align with the overall design vision.
• Prepare project timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments during the renovation process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Skills

• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Sketchup, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of lighting sales and contract management is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Experience in renovation projects is advantageous.
