**Job Summary** As a Lead Product Consultant you will leverage your expertise in PLM Functional Knowledge and Bamboo Rose PLM to drive impactful solutions in a hybrid work model. With 8 to 12 years of experience you will apply your skills in cash application to invoices ensuring seamless integration and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing product lifecycle management processes contributing to the companys success and societal impact. **Responsibilities** + Lead the implementation of PLM solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency. + Oversee the integration of Bamboo Rose PLM systems optimizing workflows and improving data accuracy. + Provide expert guidance on applying cash to invoices streamlining financial processes and reducing errors. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for PLM systems and processes ensuring clarity and accessibility. + Conduct training sessions for team members fostering knowledge sharing and skill development. + Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for PLM solutions. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. + Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in PLM and financial processes. + Support the development of strategic plans for PLM system enhancements and upgrades. + Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams bridging gaps and ensuring understanding. + Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals. **Qualifications** + Possess in-depth knowledge of PLM Functional Knowledge and Bamboo Rose PLM with a proven track record of successful implementations. + Demonstrate expertise in applying cash to invoices with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. + Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. + Show proficiency in documentation and training ensuring effective knowledge transfer. + Display excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. + Have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in PLM and financial processes. + Be adaptable to a hybrid work model with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
