Job Description

Legal and Compliance Manager (food & Beverage) with -3+ years experience in the food & beverage/ hospitality industry. Review, draft, and maintain all business contracts, including sales, procurement, service agreements, and HR contracts. Compliance and Legal Advisory Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Provide timely legal advice on contractual and regulatory matters. Handle legal disputes and claims. Manage trademark registration, renewal processes and maintain relevant trademark record, manage insurance, license and permits related matters of the business. Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when necessary. Bachelors degree in law or legal studies, paralegal, certifications or equivalent Proven experience (3+years) in similar role, preferably within catering/hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law, intellectual property, and compliance regulations. Familiar with New York state and federal legal procedure. Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills Work in a fast paced environment.
