Job Description

Looking for an organized, detail driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will efficiently support the Real Estate practice group, handle confidential tasks with care, and contribute to smooth office operations while meeting deadlines and collaborating well with the team.

  • Provide clerical support to attorneys and paralegals.
  • Assist with legal document preparation, editing, and proofreading.
  • Handle time entry, billing, and expense reimbursements.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and answer phones.
  • Run conflict checks and maintain client files.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
