Job Description

What you will be doing:

Set up and operate inserting equipment to meet daily production goals
Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize downtime
Pull, stage, and manage job materials and inventory
Pack finished materials in sequential order, ready for shipping
Label and prepare completed jobs for shipment
Perform preventative maintenance on inserting equipment
Accurately complete operator and job logs
Follow start-up, shutdown, and clean-up procedures diligently
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet company objectives

Experience you will need:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to accurately read a ruler
Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly
Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Ability to follow detailed directions precisely
Good communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Willingness to work overtime when necessary
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Material handling experience is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with inserting equipment is a plus but not required
