Location: Portland, Maine (Hybrid)
Hours: 10-20 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

POSITION SUMMARY

Wine Wise is seeking two highly organized, proactive, and creative Marketing Assistants to support key marketing, customer engagement, and business development initiatives. These roles will involve assisting with email marketing campaigns, creating content for all media channels, conducting lead follow-up, providing customer service, offering sales support, and fostering relationships with key accounts, referral sources, and partners. Additionally, the Marketing Assistant will track engagement metrics, explore new marketing channels, and collaborate on strategic initiatives. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred but not required. Industry experience or familiarity is a strong plus. We are open to an entry-level candidate.
  • Experience: 0-2 years.
  • Reports to: Erica Archer, Owner of Wine Wise
  • Location: A hybrid position that requires the team member to have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and live within a short drive of Portland, Maine.
  • This is a permanent position with room for long-term growth. We’re seeking team members interested in a long-term role.
