Overview: We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing Programs Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in leading end-to-end planning and execution of industry events, driving engagement at tradeshows and webinars, and developing impactful marketing materials that elevate our brand and support product positioning. You’ll work closely with the marketing leadership team, collaborate cross-functionally with global colleagues, and contribute to both online and offline marketing efforts that deliver measurable business value. What You’ll Do: Lead Event Strategy & Execution: Identify, plan, and manage high-impact tradeshows, conferences, virtual events, and webinars that support brand visibility and lead generation goals. Content & Collateral Creation: Develop and update marketing materials including product presentations, sales enablement tools, campaign assets, and event collateral. Campaign Management: Execute multi-channel campaigns using both traditional (print, direct mail) and digital (email, paid ads, websites) tactics. Collaborate Globally: Partner with U.S. and Latin America teams to align on strategy, messaging, and execution across regions and languages. Promotions & Lead Generation: Design and implement show-based product promotions and track lead performance from events and campaigns. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor program ROI using tools like Salesforce and dashboards to track lead flow, campaign effectiveness, and event success. Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee external vendors, ensuring all deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations. Asset Management: Review and revise existing marketing literature, archive outdated materials, and shift to digital-first formats where applicable. CRM Campaign Tracking: Build and manage campaigns, leads, and marketing workflows in Salesforce and related tools. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field. 2+ years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing preferred. 2–3 years of experience in event marketing and marketing communications. Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate technical medical topics. Proven experience working with marketing platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar email marketing tools. Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies. Familiarity with campaign performance tracking tools, web analytics, and paid media platforms (Google Ads, etc.). Ability to travel to tradeshows and events as needed (domestic and international). Exceptional project management, organization, and multitasking skills. Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Nice to Have: Experience building campaign dashboards and analytics reports. Knowledge of campaign design and automation best practices. Healthcare certifications or industry-specific marketing training. Why Join Us?
