About the Role
As a Marketing Trainee, you’ll learn the core functions of event marketing, donor engagement, and promotional strategy. You’ll work directly with our events team to support live campaigns, interact with the public, and help increase brand visibility and supporter participation.
This role is perfect for individuals who are motivated, people-oriented, and ready to build real experience in marketing, promotions, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with organizing and executing live promotional events
Engage with attendees to promote nonprofit campaigns and share key messaging
Learn how to represent partner brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
Support event setup, breakdown, and daily operational tasks
Track engagement, maintain reports, and provide feedback to event managers
Develop communication, leadership, and marketing skills through hands-on training
