Compensation Highlights
Competitive pay at $21.00 per hour
$200 bonus when you obtain your license on the first attempt
$300 bonus when you start production
$1,000 bonus when you transition and successfully work 30 days with UnitedHealthCare
Uncapped $300 referral bonuses for each person you refer who completes training and one week of production (no limit!)

Program Schedule
Full-time Training Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM PDT
First 7 weeks are on-site with no time off.
Location: 4070 27 th CE STE 100, Salem OR 97302
Must be flexible to work assigned production shifts between 9:00 AM-9:00 PM PDT after training
What You’ll Learn and Do
Guide prospective members through their Medicare options with clarity and care
Enroll customers into health plans that match their needs - all from your desk
Learn to navigate systems, handle calls with confidence, and build trusted relationships with members
Receive expert coaching, performance feedback, and growth mentorship along the way
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and computer skills
Coachability, curiosity, and commitment to personal growth
Ability to pass the Oregon state health insurance exam (we cover costs and provide study support!)
Willingness to work onsite 2x/week post-training for work, team events, and meetings
