Welcome to a challenging and fulfilling career as a Molded Fiber Carton Specialist, where your skills contribute directly to the creation of molded fiber egg cartons, adhering to customer specifications. You will be stationed at various positions such as the Hotpress, Floatline, and Printer, maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do Daily

• Operate and maintain machinery including the hot press and printers.
• Quickly identify any defective cartons and ensure all quality checks are in place.
• Coordinate with mechanics and management to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Assist in carton feeding and bundle wrapping, ensuring smooth production lines.
• Prioritize cleanliness and safety in your work area at all times.

About You

• Bring a year’s experience in a manufacturing environment and a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate professional communication skills and attention to detail in quality assessment.
• Adept at working within a team while possessing independent troubleshooting skills.
• Ready to work a 12-hour rotating schedule with potential overtime.
• Flexible to handle standing, sitting, and physical activity in diverse conditions.

Technical Expertise

You will utilize your proficiency in handling Flexographic Printing Press and Conveyor Systems. A knack for equipment troubleshooting and production setup is essential.
