Job Description

Salary: $146,670 - 249,330 per year Requirements:

• A minimum of sixteen (16) years of relevant experience, accompanied by a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in operating Cisco Unified Communications components, including:
• - Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM)
• - Cisco Unified Border Element (UBE)
• - Cisco ExpressWay or Tandberg Video Communications Server (VCS)
• - Cisco Meeting Server (MS) or Acano Media Gateways
• - Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning (PCP)
• - Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS)
• - Cisco Jabber software client
• Experience with VMWare ESXi hypervisor servers.

Responsibilities:

• I will support our customer's organization by providing video engineering services worldwide, specifically for a carrier-class WAN and complex campus environment.
• I will design and strategize network communication systems while generating specifications and detailed schematics for network architecture.
• Testing network designs will be part of my role to ensure functionality.
• I will monitor network hardware operations to confirm correctly set configuration options.
• Implementing enhancements and upgrades to the network will be a key responsibility I undertake.
• I will advise network users on hardware requirements, configurations, and limitations.
• Maintaining technical proficiency in all aspects of network and computer hardware and software interconnections, including routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, and gateways, will be essential.
• I will evaluate and report on emerging communication technologies to improve the network's capabilities.
