We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team! Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leading consultant company in Eagan, MN. • Worksite Location: Eagan, MN
• Compensation: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Office Manager:

• Answer phones, complete light filing, and other general office duties
• Work closely with advisors to prepare necessary paperwork
• Review and process paperwork
• Follow up on all transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Place outreach and problem solve items that require attention
• Build strong relationships with our clients
• Maintain and update CRM
• Greet clients upon arrival at our office

What you’ll bring to the Office Manager role:

• Excellent personal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to take on new tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Professionalism, attendance, punctuality and accountability are essential functions
• Prior experience in the financial industry is valued
