We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Partnership Coordinator to support the Director of Partnerships in managing and growing strategic relationships. This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication with partners, executing event and sponsorship initiatives, supporting marketing efforts, and streamlining administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Management & Support

  • Assist the Director of Partnerships in managing key partner relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Serve as a point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and coordinating necessary follow-ups.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, ensuring all commitments and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain CRM data, ensuring accurate tracking of partner engagement, contracts, and performance metrics.
  • Research and identify new partnership opportunities to support revenue and business growth.

Event & Sponsorship Coordination

  • Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of industry events, conferences, and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate logistics, branding, materials, and travel arrangements for sponsorship activations and events.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams to ensure event success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage event agendas, team coordination, and post-event recaps to maximize engagement and ROI.

Marketing & Content Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop partner-focused campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Assist in the creation of partnership case studies, testimonials, and co-branded marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update partnership-related content on the company website and marketing materials.
  • Help manage email campaigns and communication strategies for partner engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, event coordination, sponsorship management, or marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong ability to problem-solve and think strategically.

Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 (based on background and experience)
