Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem

  • W2 Employment with hourly compensation structure

Full-time salary range: $65,000–$115,000/year
Part-time range: $55,000–$75,000/year

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging, play-based 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy

  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with caregivers, PTs, SLPs, and assistants

  • Provide education and home strategies to promote carryover

  • Document sessions and evaluations in a user-friendly EMR

  • Bring creativity and fun to every therapy session!

✅ Qualifications

  • Occupational Therapy degree and active (or eligible) California OT license

  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, but new grads welcome

  • Pediatric experience and/or sensory integration background is a plus

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • Passion for working with children and families

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus, but not required

Clinical Performance Benchmarks

  • Help children achieve 80%+ of their therapy goals

  • Maintain 95%+ family satisfaction ratings

  • Submit 100% of billable hours as per employment agreement

  • Complete daily notes within 24 hours

  • Submit evaluations/re-evaluations within 48–72 hours
