This is a rare opportunity for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic focused on excellence in care, collaboration, and long-term career development. Located in San Marcos, TX, this position offers a strong clinical foundation with flexible scheduling and supportive leadership.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct pediatric occupational therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting
Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with developmental milestones and patient goals
Collaborate with a team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
Document clinical notes accurately and in compliance with all regulations
Offer guidance and education to caregivers to reinforce therapy strategies outside of sessions
Participate in clinical mentorship, peer collaboration, and ongoing professional development initiatives
Enjoy protected administrative time
Position Highlights:
Flexible workweek options: 5 days/8-hour shifts, 4 days/10-hour shifts or 3 days/12-hour shifts
Clinician-owned and run
Monday must be a full day; remaining days are flexible
$70,000 – $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience
$500 annual professional development stipend
Performance-based bonus incentives- earn up to 2k annually
Manageable productivity requirement: 26 of 40 weekly hours in direct patient care

Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience required
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
