WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are looking for a People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, CA. This onsite role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating a seamless employee experience, from hiring to offboarding, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be the go-to person for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, people operations, and office event planning—helping to foster an engaging and high-performing workplace. You will be working directly with our founders, department heads, and just about everyone at the company, even our remote team members across the globe.

Even if you haven't managed both Hiring and HR at a company before, but you are a quick learner and are interested in handling a variety of People related responsibilities we encourage you to apply.

This is an onsite role and you will be expected to work from our Irvine office 5 days/week.

What You'll Do:

Recruiting & Hiring (40%)

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating offer letters.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Maintain and update Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS), and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Onboarding & Offboarding (30%)

  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.
  • Coordinate all pre-employment tasks, including background checks, IT setup, and new hire paperwork.
  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.

People Operations (20%)

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee record maintenance, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
  • Assist in implementing and improving HR policies and processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide general HR support.

Office Event Planning & Culture (10%)

  • Plan and coordinate office events, team-building activities, and celebrations to enhance employee engagement.
  • Help maintain a positive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with an ATS and HRIS is required
  • Must be able to work onsite in Irvine, CA, five days a week.

Compensation for this role is 70-80k depending on experience and alignment with the role requirements.

Total Compensation (Base + Bonus/Commission)

$70,000—$80,000 USD

COMPENSATION RANGE AND CONSIDERATIONS:

The range listed is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and it may be modified in the future. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and equity package.
